All purchases are FINAL sale.

Our items are handcrafted and are made to order. We accept ZERO returns, exchanges, and/ or cancellations. Our products are not FDA approved and they are not guaranteed to work on everyone. We DO NOT give medical advice. For any medical concerns please consult a doctor. 

In the event that your order is lost or missing in the mail we do advise you to follow up with the postal service and file a claim with them. All packages are insured. We also ask that forward all details to our customer service department.

In the event your order is incorrect please email us a photo of what you have received and we will replace order in 48-72 hours.

Shipping Policy

At this time, we do not ship internationally. To ensure no interruptions of your order, confirm all your shipping details are correct. We will not be held responsible for packages, lost, misplaced, or delivered to the incorrect address due to wrong shipping information given at the time of purchase. 

 

Processing Times

Once your payment has been confirmed and verified, your order will be processed within 7 business days. This does not include holidays or weekends. We ship via USPS which has approximately a 3-5 day business day transit time. We do not control transit time once shipped from our facility.
